Take your Charm out of the pocket
Yesterday Motorola’s new candy bar – Charm hit the shelves. Is this mobile phone the Motorola’s answer to Blackberry one can decide for himself, but surely this little Charm-ing device will settle in many people’s hearts. The mobile can be bought from T-Mobile for 150$ either on a new contract or as un upgrade to the current one and after that you can mail in a 75$ rebate. If you don’t want to be committed with a contract, you can buy it for 270$.

Charm is offered in 2 colors – Golden Bronze and Cabernet, it has a full QWERTY keyboard, 2.8-inch 320 x 240 pixels QVGA display, 3MP camera, Bluetooth 2.0 +EDR, Wi-Fi b/g/n networks support , GPS and last but not least – a microSD card slot for up to 32GB memory cards. All this hardware is under the control of Android 2.1 OS with Motoblur. An interesting thing to mention is that Motorola Charm has a Gorilla Glass display (It was confirmed that Samsung Galaxy S also uses this kind of display), which is literally unbreakable and scratch resistant – so no more scratches from the keys in your pocket. Another unusual solution from Motorola is to put the trackpad at the back of the device, saving some space at the front. Is this a nice solution or not, the users will pronounce the verdict.
