Ice Cream Sandwich on HTC
News of Ice Cream Sandwich has been around for a while now, so its good to see that some device manufacturers are finally getting their act together and giving details on which of their devices will be getting the upgrade. HTC is one such manufacturer.

Its unlikely the HTC Explorer will offically get Android 4.0 (Ice cream Sandwich) The Explorer has a 600Mhz processor http://www.androidmobiles.com/android-phones/htc/ and the recommended minimum processor speed for Android 4.0 is 1Ghz
